Our portals are not CRM systems. CRM systems are designed to record your customer names and track your sales activity and diary. SALESinsight and COMMUNITYinsight are designed to either make your sales teams more effective OR to create a positive community of customers and prospects. These are things that your CRM system probably doesn't do. Of course you are free to record your sales activities and transactions as you wish and if you do use a CRM system (such as Salesforce.com) we can also integrate your data so that your SALESinsight is even more complete and compelling.
